Vielen Dank für eure Teilnahme an der Frageaktion: „Eine Idee in Zeit und Raum – Waldorfpädagogik im globalen Prisma“. – Wir haben viele Rückmeldungen bekommen und uns über die interessierte Fragehaltung und Fragen der Kolleg:innen sehr gefreut.

Um den zweiten Schritt gehen zu können, und zwar die Fragen in die ganze Welt zu verschicken, haben wir diese thematisch geordnet, werden sie online stellen und die Schulen weltweit über das Projekt informieren. Auch hier hoffen wir auf eine rege Teilnahme in Vorfreude auf einen bunten Strauß an Anregungen; schriftlich, bildlich, als kleine Videos oder in sonstigen kreativen Formaten.

Allerdings brauchen wir hierfür noch Menschen, und das ist eine Bitte, ja ein Aufruf an diejenigen, die es können, die die gesammelten Fragen in möglichst viele Sprachen übersetzen (Mandarin, Koreanisch, Japanisch, Arabisch, Türkisch, Swahili, Lingala, Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Englisch, Französisch, Kirgisisch, Kasachisch, Russisch, Ukrainisch etc.), damit wir die sprachliche Schwelle für die Antworten möglichst niedrig halten können und die Chancen auf vielfältige und lebendige Antworten dadurch steigen.

Wer also Lust und Kapazitäten hat, ein paar Fragen für dieses Projekt zu übersetzen, meldet sich bitte unter (waldorffragen@waldorfschule.de). Wir wären sehr dankbar und eine kleine Vergütung für den Aufwand ist möglich.

Ja! Waldorfpädagogik ist so einer – zumindest ihrem eigenen Anspruch nach. Denn: was 1919 mit der ersten Schule in Stuttgart begann, zeigt sich heute und weltweit in immer neuen Gründungen, Ideen und Motiven. Viele Fragen rund um Bildung stellen sich überall auf der Welt und sicherlich auch einige in ähnlicher Weise. Die Antworten aber werden so vielfältig sein, wie die Kulturen und Räume, in denen Waldorfschulen entstanden sind, entstehen und wo Waldorfpädagogik gelebt wird.

Diese Initiative befragt die ganze Welt; danach, wie Waldorfschule und Waldorfpädagogik an anderen Orten gestaltet werden: mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen, den gewohnten und ungewohnten Kulturen, Festen, Religionen. Aber auch, wie mit den Widrigkeiten des Alltags, der Selbstverwaltung oder den Behörden etc. umgegangen wird. Wir möchten uns und alle Interessierten inspirieren lassen von der gelebten Praxis, den kreativen Ideen und Lösungen in und aus den Regionen der ganzen Welt. Dafür wurde das Projekt „Eine Idee in Zeit und Raum – Waldorfpädagogik im globalen Prisma“ ins Leben gerufen. Und dafür werden Fragen gesucht, Fragen aus der hiesigen Schullandschaft, Fragen von Euch!

Eine Frage könnte zum Beispiel lauten:
-Wie integriert ihr Eltern in die Schule und ihre Gestaltung?
-Wie geht Waldorfschule am ganzen Tag?

Diese Fragen sollen hinaus gehen in die Welt. Wir werden sie an die unterschiedlichsten Waldorfschulen in allen Teilen der Erde versenden und freuen uns auf Antworten. Wir sind überzeugt, dass wir neben den vielen Ähnlichkeiten oder Übereinstimmungen innerhalb der globalen Waldorf-Community eine Vielzahl neuer Perspektiven, Impulse und Ideen erhalten, die unsere Arbeit in den Schulen nur bereichern kann. Wenn daraus ein gegenseitiges Wahrnehmen über alle Grenzen und Konflikte hinweg entsteht, erscheint uns das sehr wertvoll. Wenn sich die globale Waldorfwelt in allen ihren regionalen und kulturellen Eigenarten darüber hinaus auch gegenseitig inspiriert und neue und nachhaltige Impulse wachsen, hat das Projekt sein Ziel voll und ganz erreicht.

Formuliert Fragen, die Ihr an die Waldorfschulen in der Welt stellen wollt. Fragen, die bei Euch persönlich oder in Eurer Schule gerade virulent sind. Diese Fragen können aus allen Feldern des schulischen Betriebes kommen: Aus der (Selbst-)Verwaltung, aus dem pädagogischen Feld, dem Schulalltag, organisatorische Herausforderungen oder dem Umgang der Schule mit Anforderungen und Impulsen aus Politik und Gesellschaft.
Ihr könnt diese Fragen ganz einfach unten in dem Formular eintragen.

• Wir verdichten die vielfältigen Fragen, die uns auf allen Kanälen erreichen. Bis zum Sommer 2024 wollen wir diese Frage-Runde abschließen.
• Eure Themen werden dann an die Waldorfschulen in aller Welt, als Zeichen der weltweiten Verbundenheit, verschickt.
• Die vielgestaltigen Antworten werden bis zum Herbst 2024 eingesammelt und daraus wird ein vielseitiges, informatives, und anregendes Buch gestaltet. Ebenso werden die Antworten online aufbereitet und zur Verfügung gestellt.
• Den Schulen, aus denen wir Fragen bekommen haben, schicken wir den Bildband für die kollegiale Arbeit zu.

So wollen wir die Internationalität und Interkulturalität der Waldorfbewegung sichtbar und nutzbar machen! Seid dabei und helft mit, dass dieses Projekt farbenfroh, erkenntnisreich und erfolgreich wird!

What happens next
Thank you for taking part in the question campaign: "An idea in time and space - Waldorf education in the global prism". - We received a lot of feedback and were very pleased with the interested questioning and questions from our colleagues.
In order to be able to take the second step, namely to send the questions all over the world, we have organized them by topic, will put them online and inform schools worldwide about the project. Here, too, we hope for lively participation in anticipation of a colorful bouquet of suggestions; written, visual, as short videos or in other creative formats.

However, we still need people for this, and this is a request, indeed a call to those who can, who will translate the collected questions into as many languages ​​as possible (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Turkish, Swahili, Lingala, Spanish, Portuguese, English, French, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian, etc.) so that we can keep the language barrier for the answers as low as possible and thereby increase the chances of diverse and lively answers.

An impulse that is over a hundred years old with modern and innovative ideas - does that exist? Is that possible?
Yes! Waldorf education is one of those - at least according to its own claims. Because: what began in 1919 with the first school in Stuttgart is reflected today and worldwide in ever new foundations, ideas and motives. Many questions about education arise all over the world and certainly some in a similar way. But the answers will be as diverse as the cultures and spaces in which Waldorf schools have been created and where Waldorf education is practiced.
This is what it is about
This initiative asks the whole world; about how Waldorf schools and Waldorf education are designed in other places: with the children and young people, the familiar and unfamiliar cultures, festivals, religions. But also how the adversities of everyday life, self-government or the authorities, etc. are dealt with. We want to be inspired by the lived practice, the creative ideas and solutions in and from regions all over the world. The project "An idea in time and space - Waldorf education in the global prism" was launched for this purpose. And for this we are looking for questions, questions from the local school landscape, questions from you!

A question could be, for example:
-How do you integrate parents into the school and its design?
-What does Waldorf school look like throughout the day?

These questions should be sent out into the world. We will send them to a wide variety of Waldorf schools in all parts of the world and look forward to receiving answers. We are convinced that, in addition to the many similarities or agreements within the global Waldorf community, we will receive a multitude of new perspectives, impulses and ideas that can only enrich our work in the schools. If this results in mutual awareness across all borders and conflicts, we think that is very valuable. If the global Waldorf world, with all its regional and cultural peculiarities, also inspires one another and new and sustainable impulses grow, the project has fully achieved its goal.

What needs to be done?
Formulate questions that you want to ask Waldorf schools around the world. Questions that are currently relevant to you personally or in your school. These questions can come from all areas of school operations: from (self-)administration, from the pedagogical field, everyday school life, organizational challenges or the school's handling of requirements and impulses from politics and society.
You can simply enter these questions in the form below.

• 
  We condense the diverse questions that reach us via all channels. We want to complete this round of questions by summer 2024.
• Your topics will then be sent to Waldorf schools all over the world as a sign of global solidarity.
• The diverse answers will be collected by autumn 2024 and used to create a versatile, informative and stimulating book. The answers will also be prepared and made available online.
• We will send the illustrated book to the schools from which we have received questions for collegial work.

In this way we want to make the internationality and interculturality of the Waldorf movement visible and usable! Be part of it and help to make this project colorful, insightful and successful!
